Foreign submission guidelines

Bli-Panika ("Don’t panic" in Hebrew) is an online magazine for Science Fiction and Fantasy. We strive to publish the best stories, articles and reviews and to be the best source possible for information and discussions on the genre.

We accept all sorts of stories as long as it's speculative fiction. The stories should be 2,000-10,000 words long, although on rare occasions we may consider accepting shorter stories.

We are looking for stories that will appeal to science fiction and fantasy readers. We prefer "character-oriented" stories, although if your story is good enough we'll accept it anyway. We publish both science fiction and fantasy, but please don’t send us Sword and Sorcery or Horror. Dark fantasy will be accepted only rarely.

Bli-Panika is a non-profit magazine and we can't afford paying for our stories. However, we do offer high quality translators and editing, and of course the oldest and best SF&F magazine in Israel today.

We accept only email submissions. Please send your submissions to Rami Shalheveth at mssrami@gmail.com. The stories should be sent as WORD document (doc or docx) of rich text document (rtf) only.
